about

Through listening, learning and facilitation, I help teams and communities shape experiences and services that work better for the people who use them.

My background is in visual communication, which provides a foundation for making sense of complexity, uncovering insight, and exploring future possibilities. I began my career as a graphic designer, later co-founded two creative organisations, and now work for a national charity as a Digital Communications Manager and senior leader, contributing to service and digital development.

Over time, my focus has shifted from producing creative outputs to understanding core needs and the interdependencies within connected systems. By bringing people together - colleagues, partners and service users - I explore challenges, identify root causes, and co-create practical solutions.

Whether researching, prototyping, testing ideas, or supporting organisational change, I approach my work with curiosity, care and a human-centred mindset. I believe collaborative design helps organisations learn, adapt, and create services that better meet the needs of everyone involved.
