Led the end-to-end renewal of a national charity’s Photographic, Film and Audio Policy, addressing GDPR and safeguarding risks caused by the absence of a formal process. The existing ‘as-is’ approach relied on individuals storing images in personal, non-itemised folders, making assets difficult to search, manage and verify for consent.

Partnering with the Head of IT and senior leadership, I scoped and delivered a bespoke digital asset management system with consent tracking, approval workflows and a central, searchable stock library. Alongside this, I developed a tiered training programme, internal communications plan and a costing matrix to embed sustainable processes across teams.
